Terms of Admission
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds on any tickets purchased, whether they are purchased online or in person, regardless of weather. Please check weather reports before purchasing your tickets. If you need to change the date of your tickets before they have been claimed, please contact us by replying to the ticketing email and we will do our best to assist you with that (additional charge may apply for the difference in ticket price between different days).
Assumption of General Risk/Limitation of Liability:
By entering the park, you acknowledge and agree to assume the inherent risks associated with attendance at the park and the use of all rides and attractions, and agree to read and obey all safety signage, instructions and rules. Such risks include bodily or physical injury or harm or death that may be caused by or arise or result from or be attributable to the use of or participation in or on any attraction, particularly for those for whom normal operation of any attraction may be hazardous, including those who are pregnant, have a heart condition, have neck or back problems, are subject to motion sickness, or have other health problems that may make them more vulnerable to injury. Other risks of attending large outdoor venues include, injuries from exposure to the elements, such as rain, cold, excessive heat or the weather in general, and injuries or illness sustained due to your own personal negligence and/or the negligence of others, including running, jumping, engaging in altercations with other patrons or otherwise behaving recklessly in the park, and illness resulting from your failure or the failure of other patrons to abide by our health declaration policies. You are responsible to know your own health and physical condition and limitations and the health and physical condition and limitations of any minor under your care or supervision. If you ride or use, or you permit any minors under your care or supervision to ride or use, any attraction, you or they do so at your or their own risk. ZDT's assumes no responsibility for accident or loss to any person in connection with the condition or use of the park, rides and amusements or their entrance into or departure from the park. You hereby irrevocably release ZDT's and its affiliates and their respective employees, agents, representatives, contractors, subcontractors, successors, heirs, and assigns from, and hold them harmless for, all losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims, demands or causes of action whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising out of your attendance at, and use of, the park, except to the extent caused by ZDT’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit. The CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from Coronavirus. Guests should evaluate their own risk in determining whether to attend. People who show no symptoms can spread Coronavirus if they are infected, any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to Coronavirus. By coming to the park, you acknowledge and agree that you assume these inherent risks associated with attendance. Some images shown throughout this website do not represent current operational guidelines or health and safety measures such as face covering and physical distancing requirements.
Because ZDT's is a family centric park, certain behavior will not be accepted and may result in ejection from the park without a refund. This includes, but is not limited to, profanity and other lewd behavior as well as line-jumping.
Dress Code
A family friendly dress code is enforced while on park grounds. Clothing or visible tattoos with offensive or profane content are not allowed within the park.
Food, Drinks, and Coolers
Outside food and drink are allowed in the outside section of the park, but are not allowed in our main building. This rule applies regardless of outdoor weather. Glass and other breakable materials are not allowed within the park. Alcohol is not allowed on the property. Heating devices, including grills, are not allowed to be used on the property. We reserve the right to inspect the contents of any bags or containers on the property at any time, including ice chests. Any violation of these rules may result in ejection from the park without a refund.
Loose Articles
Loose articles may not be brought on-ride for the safety of our guests. This includes cameras, cell phones, and any other items that may fall out during the ride. Failure to comply may result in ejection from the ride.
Photography
By entering the park, guests agree to being photographed or videotaped by the park for commercial and security purposes without payment or consent.
While we encourage personal photography in our park, we stress that cameras may not be aimed at other people's families and may not be used for commercial purposes without written consent from the park. Cameras may not be brought on-ride for any reason, as this violates our loose article policy. This includes cell phones and GoPro devices.
Pets
Animals are not allowed in the park, with the exception of service animals. ZDT's does not provide kennel services. Pets also may not be left in the parking lot, in the car or otherwise, for the safety of the pet and our guests. Animal services may be called at the expense of the owner if any problems arise.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed on property:
- Knives
- Firearms
- Glass or other breakable items
- Fireworks or explosives
- Toy guns
- Chemical weapons, including mace and pepper spray
- Permanent markers and spray paint
- Barbecue grills
- UAV's (drones)
- Skateboards
- All athletic balls (footballs, basketballs, volleyballs, bouncy balls, etc.)
- Confetti
- Silly String
- Piñatas (except decorative)
This list provides examples of items that will not be allowed on property. We reserve the right to add to this list should the need arise.
